Marine Nanotech | Opportunity to Work in the Yachting Industry | International Travel
Marine Nanotech is looking for an experienced polishing and ceramic coating specialist to join our team, working on luxury yachts around the world.
If you have a background in automotive detailing, paint correction, polishing or ceramic coating applications and are interested in taking your skills into the yachting industry, this could be a great opportunity.
Previous yacht experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, a hands-on approach and the motivation to learn and develop within a new industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out polishing, paint correction, surface preparation and ceramic coating applications on luxury yachts.
- Work alongside our technicians to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Assess surface conditions and select the appropriate preparation and application techniques.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of projects on site.
- Travel internationally to work on projects in different locations.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in automotive polishing, paint correction and ceramic coating applications.
- Good understanding of paintwork,
surface preparation and finishing techniques.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Previous team leadership or project management experience would be an advantage.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
