We are looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager - ServiceNow to join our team in Barcelona and contribute to a large-scale international project.

You will be responsible for driving the evolution of ServiceNow as an ITSM platform, connecting business needs with technical teams and ensuring the right prioritization and delivery of platform improvements.

The role combines Product Ownership, Project Management and functional ServiceNow expertise, with a strong focus on ITSM, platform governance and CMDB.

? What will you do?

- Drive the evolution and adoption of the ServiceNow platform across different regions.
- Own and prioritize the backlog, roadmap and platform enhancements.
- Gather and analyse requirements from Business, IT and Security, translating them into functional and technical requirements.
- Coordinate ServiceNow initiatives and projects, managing priorities, dependencies and deliverables.
- Work closely with technical teams, regional leads, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between ServiceNow capabilities, ITSM processes and business needs.
- Contribute to ServiceNow platform governance and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support CMDB governance, ensuring data quality, consistency and completeness.
- Coordinate initiatives related to Configuration Management, Service Catalog and Asset Management.
- Monitor platform and process performance through KPIs and dashboards.




- Promote standardization and continuous improvement of integral ITSM processes.

? What are we looking for?
- 7+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
- Experience managing ServiceNow as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Platform Owner, ServiceNow Consultant or similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing backlog, priorities, roadmap and platform enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM.
- Experience with ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Change, Request and Configuration Management.
- Experience with CMDB Management and Governance, including data quality and consistency.
- CSDM knowledge is highly valued.
- Experience gathering and analysing business requirements and coordinating their implementation with technical teams.
- Knowledge of Service Catalog, workflows, integrations and/or automation within ServiceNow.
- Strong experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.
- Experience working in international and matrix environments.
- Fluent English is essential.
