In this role you will shape and execute a global AI security portfolio within Vodafone Business, aligning strategy with cross‑functional teams and market needs. You will lead security propositions for AI, Generative AI and related technologies, driving adoption and scalable solutions across Vodafone’s local markets. You’ll translate strategy into commercial propositions, operating models and partner ecosystems, while acting as an internal and external thought leader. This is an opportunity to influence AI security at scale in a dynamic, matrix‑ed global environment.

• Develop AI security propositions that support growth and differentiation in cybersecurity
• Build business cases, operating models, commercial strategies and partner ecosystems
• Lead services covering AI security posture assessments, governance, risk and compliance
• Create secure AI adoption frameworks and controls to manage AI risks
• Shape propositions for Generative AI, AI agents and Large Language Models
• Support AI-enabled threat detection, security operations and automation
• Develop propositions for continuous AI security monitoring, risk management and compliance
• Establish strategic relationships with AI and cybersecurity technology providers
• Engage with local markets for portfolio planning, financial planning, and product integration
• Simplify propositions and processes to improve scalability and time to market




• Align go-to-market activities with sales and stakeholders
• Gather customer feedback to improve propositions, outcomes and performance
• Track KPIs, revenue, and customer success; develop customer case studies
• Act as an internal and external thought leader for AI security and the product area
• Maintain stakeholder maps and communications plans

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience across cybersecurity and AI initiatives, products or services
• Strong understanding of AI security risks, governance frameworks and standards
• Experience defining, developing and launching technology products or services in cybersecurity, AI, cloud or related fields
• Knowledge of AI-driven security solutions, cyber-risk management and AI threat landscape
• Experience managing complex programs, launches or strategic initiatives
• Sound commercial understanding with ability to evaluate investment value and returns
• Ability to develop product strategies, business cases and operating models
• Experience working with technology providers, strategic partners and cross-functional teams
• Effective communication of complex concepts to senior leaders and technical audiences
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across levels
• Comfort presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a general matrix organization
• Strong prioritization, decision-making and delivery within tight timelines
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving tech, regulation and markets
