As a Market Development Specialist, you drive adoption of Insertable Cardiac Monitors by collaborating with clinics, clinicians, and healthcare professionals across a defined region. You shape patient pathways and support centers of excellence in Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke, aligning with cross-functional teams to expand access and value. Your work helps clinicians make better decisions through education, health economics, and stakeholder engagement. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping cardiovascular diagnostics within a global healthcare leader.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Expand use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) in existing clinics and new centers
• Optimize patient pathways and develop centers of excellence with providers
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders across the patient pathway
• Partner with local sales and regional teams to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other units to develop materials and implement programs




• Support execution of CDS projects with Cardiac Rhythm Management Sales, Technical Consultants, and District managers
• Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan with strategies, tactics, and actions
• Capture and report clinical, market, and competitive insights to Strategic Marketing and represent the business at meetings and congresses

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales role within MedTech or pharmaceutical industry, or nursing background with interest in field-based commercial role
• Clinical environment or medical technology sales experience
• Solid understanding of anatomy and medical technologies
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Valid driver’s license
• Service orientation, ability to work independently and in a team, strong IT skills, willingness to travel
• Experience in large corporate environments
