Experteer Overview
In this role, you will strengthen how Tech u0026amp; Data prepares for, delivers, and sustains change acrossPMO, project teams, and technology leadership to translate Tech2030 priorities into actionable change plans. You will collaborate with Primos and Bacardi stakeholders to drive adoption, readiness insights, and measurable outcomes. You’ll create engaging learning materials, coordinate engagement activities, and maintain change management content across engagement channels. This role offers the chance to influence Tech u0026amp; Data initiatives at a global level and contribute to continuous improvement in change tools and resources.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Document impacted audiences, changes, and adoption requirements with PMO, Project Managers, and Tech Leadership
• Collect and report adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics
• Develop change plans and coordinate readiness, engagement, and adoption activities across Tech Portfolio
• Guide project teams on change management deliverables and governance
• Create audience-appropriate content, learning materials, and success stories to support adoption
• Coordinate change champion communities and engagement activities
• Plan and deliver Tech2030 education activities




• Maintain and curate content across SharePoint and Viva Engage aligned with communication plans
• Partner with Corporate Communications to amplify initiatives and milestones
• Support project delivery with Corporate Communications and Heritage teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of change management tools, templates, and self-service resources

Responsabilidades
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple channels
• Experience using SharePoint, intranet, and employee engagement tools
• Ability to plan and coordinate engagement activities, workshops, and communications
• Stakeholder collaboration in a global, matrixed organisation
• Content planning and organisational skills
• Basic multimedia coordination
• Experience supporting programme or portfolio communications in a Tech or transformation environment
• Project coordination and delivery with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
