Experteer Overview
In this role you drive safe, predictable, and scalable change delivery across a growing IT portfolio. You own end-to-end release, deployment, and automation across production and non-production environments, ensuring security, quality, and continuity of business operations. You will lead cross-functional coordination, governance, and continuous improvement to scale releases in a large, general organization. This is an opportunity to shape DevOps practices and tooling while partnering with business stakeholders to enable rapid, reliable change.

• Execute and manage end-to-end deployments across non-production and production environments
• Maintain and optimise deployment pipelines, configurations, and automation scripts
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, analyze root causes, and implement fixes
• Ensure all Releases meet quality, security, and operational standards
• Own deployment tooling (CI/CD pipelines, Release orchestration tools)
• Raise requirements to Automation team and follow up on tooling deliveries
• Validate pre-requisites before Release deployment per Release Notes
• Coordinate Release schedules and dependencies across multiple teams
• Ensure ITIL Change Management compliance




• Drive clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Anticipate and mitigate risks and unblock challenging situations with Product teams or Business stakeholders
• Identify and implement improvements in deployment processes, automation, and tooling
• Improve cost efficiency of the team and promote standardisation across IT landscape
• Promote DevOps practices and automation-first mindset
• Enhance and document Release u0026 Deployment processes and evangelise with Business representatives

Responsabilidades
• 8-10 years of experience in Release engineering, deployment management, or DevOps-oriented roles
• Hands-on deployment execution and troubleshooting experience
• Leadership experience in complex, international, large-scale IT ecosystems
• Strong practical knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Octopus Deploy, Terraform Cloud
• Experience with Terraform, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira
• Monitoring/observability tooling experience (Grafana or equivalent)
