Experteer Overview
In this role, you will ensure efficient, compliant management of Surgical Vision Iberia equipment contracts and related transactions. You will serve as a cross-functional coordinator among Sales, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Legal, and Quality to provide visibility into installed base and contract lifecycles. You’ll monitor milestones, drive risk mitigation, and uphold data integrity. This is a process-focused position with impact on business performance and operational excellence within a leading healthcare innovator.

• Coordinate equipment placement, renewal, transfer, removal, and retirement with proper documentation and traceability
• Maintain up-to-date view of the Iberia installed base (location, customer, contractual status, lifecycle stage)
• Support contract preparation, review, formalization, renewals, and related documents with cross-functional teams
• Monitor milestones, expiration dates, commitments, terms, and risks; drive actions for resolution
• Manage equipment transaction data in the system and ensure data quality and traceability
• Coordinate administrative follow-up of repairs and quality incidents with suppliers, Customer Service, and Quality
• Consolidate and reconcile information from internal systems; resolve discrepancies
• Prepare periodic reports on equipment, contracts, transactions, repairs, and key indicators




• Support equipment-related opportunities by providing contractual, operational, and financial information
• Coordinate with multiple functions to ensure proper execution of transactions and closure of actions
• Contribute to standardization and improvement of processes, tools, and documentation
• Keep procedures, templates, and repositories up to date and compliant with policies

Responsabilidades
• Experience in contract management, sales operations, asset or equipment management, or cross-functional process coordination
• Fluent Spanish; high level of English (spoken and written)
• Tools: Advanced Excel; ERP, CRM, and document management systems; SAP, RDP, Power BI is a plus
• Analytical thinking; ability to interpret terms, monitor milestones, and ensure traceability
• Understanding of commercial, operational, and financial implications of equipment transactions
• Ability to communicate requirements, risks, decisions clearly to different audiences
• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or regulated industries is preferred
