Experteer Overview
In this role you guide Allianz Technology Spain Hub's AI-driven, secure-by-design software transformation. You will shape architecture and adoption of AI-assisted engineering across the team, linking global initiatives with local engineers. You’ll lead through influence, not delivery, and foster communities of practice to scale best practices. This is a high-visibility, strategic position that blends thought leadership with practical enablement to accelerate modernization at scale.

• Act as a thought leader and public voice for the Hub's technical transformation at internal and external forums
• Connect global initiatives with local Hub teams, translating strategy into actionable adoption paths
• Shape and pilot AI-driven SDLC patterns and champion their adoption via architecture guidance and design reviews
• Influence architecture direction for full-stack and cloud-native modernization on AWS and Azure
• Advocate for DevOps/DevSecOps direction across Hub service teams and drive adoption
• Bridge Platform Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and development realities to harmonize the toolchain
• Run workshops, talks, and enablement sessions on AI-assisted development and cloud security
• Champion evolution of Communities of Practice and Circles into a credible technical authority




• Track adoption and impact metrics (AI-enabled SDLC coverage, DORA metrics, security posture, cloud governance) and feed insights back to roadmaps

Responsabilidades
• Senior/principal Solutions Architect or technical leader with broad expertise across full-stack, cloud, DevOps/security, and data/AI-ML
• Proven thought leadership and public-speaking ability
• Strong influence and ability to drive adoption without formal authority
• Experience connecting integral initiatives with local teams and translating strategy into action
• Solid grounding in application and cloud security and DevOps/DevSecOps practices
• Practical fluency with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, MCP tooling)
• 7+ years in software engineering/architecture roles across at least three areas (full-stack, cloud, DevOps/security, or data/AI-ML)
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering; AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps / Security / ML certifications are a plus
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and practical use
