Experteer Overview
In this role you drive profitable growth across a defined territory by engaging customers, distributors, and fabricators, while executing the commercial strategy and expanding market coverage. You will work with cross-functional partners to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and territory performance, turning opportunities into revenue. The position emphasizes distributor enablement, customer engagement, and cross-territory collaboration to strengthen market position. This is a chance to shape channel strategies and contribute to DuPont’s broad materials and design portfolio. You will be at the forefront of growing share and profitability in a dynamic market.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own go-to-market for a portfolio of territories and be accountable for commercial, distribution, and partner decisions
• Identify and onboard self-sufficient distribution partners and rationalize the distributor base
• Drive sales, margin and growth objectives within the territory
• Develop new business opportunities and expand customer penetration




• Collaborate with Specification team to convert opportunities into revenue
• Maintain accurate territory forecast and opportunity pipeline
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Specification, Marketing, TSu0026D, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Pricing

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree required
• B2B territory or field sales experience
• Strong pipeline, forecasting, CRM, and territory planning discipline
• Experience in technical, industrial, manufacturing, or specialty materials environments
• Experience leading pricing, contracts, renewals, and commercial negotiations
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, technical service, supply chain, finance, and customer service
• Exposure to channel, distributor, or indirect sales models
• Ability to translate customer insights into growth initiatives and operate across complex networks
