As an E2E Technical Architect, you own the full technical solution across platforms, ensuring coherent design across workstreams, geographies, and the client. You define integration architecture, data flows, and non-functional requirements, guiding offshore and client teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. You act as the technical authority connecting client architecture, offshore factories, and SMEs, shaping decisions at every stage. This role combines platform breadth with delivery impact in a regulated banking modernization program.

• Own end-to-end technical architecture across ServiceNow, Blue Prism, Sisense, Task/Facade API, and Optimus to ensure design consistency
• Define and maintain integration architecture including data flows, API contracts, middleware patterns, and event/trigger models
• Produce and govern architecture artefacts (design documents, playbooks, ADRs)
• Lead design sessions with offshore leads and external SMEs; translate functional specs into technical designs
• Review and approve technical designs from workstreams; enforce architecture standards at gate
• Serve as primary technical interface to client architecture and infrastructure teams for platform access, security, data handling, and production deployment
• Define and maintain non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security, data residency, DR) for each platform
• Identify technical risks, quantify debt,



and propose remediation with delivery impact
• Support pre-production and production deployment planning including environment strategy and rollback design
• Guide AI-assisted delivery: set boundaries for AI-generated code and establish review gates
• Build and manage client/Operations relationships and make independent, accountable technical decisions

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 10 years in technical architecture or senior engineering
• At least 5 years in SI program delivery in financial services or banking
• End-to-end architecture experience across multiple platforms
• Deep expertise in REST/SOAP API design, event-driven architecture, middleware, and data flows between heterogeneous systems
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge (architecture, integration hub, REST APIs, performance at scale)
• Hands-on understanding of RPA architecture (Blue Prism) and integration with surrounding systems
• Experience designing for regulated banking environments (data classification, audit trails, compliance)
• Comfortable operating in dual-shore delivery and setting technical standards for offshore teams
• Strong written communication and ability to produce precise architecture documentation
