Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the adoption of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) across a defined European territory, partnering with clinicians and healthcare professionals to improve access and outcomes. You will shape regional market strategies, align with cross-functional teams, and build pathways that support centers of excellence for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke. You will engage key opinion leaders, educate on clinical indications and value, and contribute to regional program delivery. This is an impact-driven role at the intersection of medicine, economics, and patient care, within a global healthcare leader.

• Drive market development by expanding ICM use in existing clinics and new centers
• Optimize patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke; support centers of excellence
• Build and manage relationships with KOLs and stakeholders across the patient pathway
• Partner with sales, education, and regional teams to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value
• Collaborate with field service, marketing,



reimbursement, and other business units to develop materials and programs
• Support annual regional market development planning and KPI tracking
• Capture and report clinical, market, and competitive insights to Strategic Marketing and represent the business at meetings and congresses

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years in sales in MedTech/pharma or nursing/clinical background with commercial interest
• Clinical environment or medical technology sales experience
• Solid understanding of anatomy and medical technologies
• Fluency in English and Spanish; valid driver's license
• Service-oriented, independent and collaborative work style; strong IT skills; willingness to travel; experience in large corporate environment
