As Events Manager you drive the coordination, execution and commercial performance of high-end events within a five-star luxury hotel. You lead a small team, collaborate with Food u0026amp; Beverage, Revenue, and Marketing to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction in alignment with Mandarin Oriental standards. You will pursue new business opportunities, manage budgets and pricing, and contribute to the commercial plans that grow catering and events revenue. This role offers impact through high-profile events, operational excellence, and leadership within a prestigious brand.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Achieve annual catering and events revenue targets
• Manage key corporate and social event accounts
• Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations and yield management
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and pace analyses
• Lead and develop the Events Sales Executive
• Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, Revenue Management and Marketing teams
• Ensure flawless event contracting, planning and handover processes
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships




• Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and brand standards
• Support development of Commercial Plans for Catering u0026 Events
• Conduct market analysis and business development activities
• Manage client relationships and familiarisation visits
• Maintain accurate records in Delphi and Salesforce
• Maximise upselling opportunities and additional revenue streams

Responsabilidades
• 4-6+ years of experience in hotel catering, events or event sales
• Proven track record in driving catering and group revenue
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
• Experience leading and developing team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
• Fluency in Spanish and English
