In this role you lead the GHT engineering team across Europe to deliver scalable water treatment solutions. You will blend engineering leadership with project delivery, coordinating with commercial and partner teams to qualify opportunities and execute complex projects safely, on time, and within budget. Your work shapes design standards, reusable solutions, and effective collaboration across functions. You’ll drive technical excellence and continuous improvement in a global, multidisciplinary environment.

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team including leads, engineers, project managers and back-office resources
• Set priorities and allocate resources across the opportunity and project portfolio
• Develop engineering capabilities and communities of practice; collaborate with Central Engineering
• Qualify opportunities with stakeholders and translate requirements into engineering solutions
• Oversee architecture, design basis, scope, interfaces, risks and deviations; ensure mature proposals and schedules
• Provide governance from concept to handover; manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE and compliance
• Establish project reviews and escalation for maturity, interfaces, change control, resources, risks
• Resolve critical technical and execution challenges; capture lessons learned for future projects




• Develop reusable standards, templates, and scalable modular solutions; ensure QA and document control processes
• Manage external partners with clear scopes and performance standards; collaborate across functions

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental/Mechanical/Process/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Significant experience in water and wastewater treatment process design
• Knowledge of design basis development, mass balances, process selection, equipment sizing, PFDs, Pu0026IDs and specs
• Proven track record delivering water treatment plants through multidisciplinary teams and international projects
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and packaged systems
• Understanding of project commercial fundamentals including CAPEX, cost control, change management, contracts and risk allocation
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness and ability to travel across Europe up to 50%
• Preferred: hyperscaler projects; involvement with GC/MEP contractors and consultants; water reuse, RO/UF, filtration, DAF; 3D/BIM coordination; FAT/SAT and commissioning
• Additional European languages (preferred)
