Experteer Overview
As a Business Controller for Power Consulting in the UK and Spain, you partner with leaders to drive performance and profitable growth. You will influence strategic decisions through financial insights, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans. This role provides visibility across two countries with focus on governance, reporting, and data-driven decision making. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and data quality, contributing to Hitachi Energy’s energy-transition mission.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Act as a trusted finance business partner for Power Consulting teams in the UK and Spain
• Support strategic decision making through financial analysis and business insights
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans
• Monitor performance, identify risks/opportunities, and drive improvement actions
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting, financial analysis, and performance reviews
• Drive financial governance, compliance,



and internal controls
• Support audits, risk management, and balance sheet reviews
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, standardization, and data quality

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders and collaborate in international teams
