In this role you will help define and execute strategic projects that align with BBVA Group and CIB goals, driving large-scale transformation across geographies and products. You will support leadership with market analysis and strategic presentations while coordinating across regions to ensure the business meets its objectives. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This is an opportunity to shape strategy in a global financial services context.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 min, C2 preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in strategy or business development
• Knowledge of CIB advantageous
