As Salesforce Architect at Suntory Global Spirits, you will own the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce ecosystem, aligning business outcomes with scalable, secure platform designs. You’ll connect commercial and customer-experience priorities to a coherent roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams through discovery, design, and deployment. Your work enables global scale with controlled customization, strong security, and reliable delivery. This role is pivotal to shaping the enterprise platform strategy and delivering measurable business value.

• Define and govern the Salesforce target architecture and multi-year roadmap across Cloud offerings
• Set architecture principles, reference patterns, and guardrails; document decisions and trade-offs
• Translate demand portfolio into an architecture runway with dependencies and debt reduction
• Evaluate options (configure, buy, build, integrate) balancing value, security, scalability, and cost
• Oversee end-to-end solution design from discovery to lifecycle evolution
• Lead architecture and design workshops translating processes into designs and acceptance criteria
• Review data models, automation and components to ensure standard Salesforce usage and minimize customization
• Guide test strategy, data migration, cutover, and go-live readiness for major releases
• Define integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise apps using APIs and events
• Shape environment, source-control, and release strategies; promote CI/CD and DevSecOps practices
• Ensure production observability, resilience, and incident handling
• Operate architecture governance and manage technical debt with priority remediation




• Evaluate AppExchange products and partner solutions for fit and value
• Maintain reference architecture, diagrams, data flows, and documentation for consistency
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to developers, admins, analysts, and partners
• Communicate options, dependencies, risks, and recommendations to business leaders and product owners
• Align Salesforce decisions with Enterprise Architecture and cross-functional teams
• Lead assurance with delivery partners and Salesforce for quality and sustainable support

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience as Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or senior platform architect in a global organization
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud) and relevant certifications valued
• Strong technical understanding of Salesforce config and development: data modeling, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, security controls
• Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns, and MuleSoft or equivalent
• Experience with identity and access management, data migration, environment strategy, source control, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, production support
• Ability to translate business processes into simple, scalable architectures and govern technical debt
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management across executive, business, and technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field, or equivalent practical experience; fluent English
