Experteer Overview
You will lead digital transformation projects for clients in Catalonia, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering technology solutions that create business value and modernize public services. You work across planning, scope, and governance to ensure successful delivery, while aligning stakeholders and maintaining high client satisfaction. This role blends project leadership with strategic problem-solving to drive meaningful administrative modernization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and closure of digital transformation projects.
• Define scope, objectives, planning, deliverables and success criteria with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and governance to meet commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across functional, technical and business roles.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and incidents with contingency plans.




• Monitor project progress via indicators, reports, and governance meetings.
• Manage client relationships and ensure alignment of expectations and high satisfaction.
• Facilitate decision-making by proposing solutions and strategies to achieve objectives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, budget, and project governance policies.
• Promote continuous improvement using project management methodologies and best practices.
• Participate in preparing technical proposals, offers, RFP/RFI and related documentation.
