Experteer Overview
As Salesforce Business Analyst, you enable project delivery by capturing and analyzing user and business needs to align outcomes with the service vision and strategy. You work with stakeholders to map As-Is and To-Be processes, design future-state workflows, and translate requirements into practical solutions. You will support transformation initiatives through documentation, roadmaps, and hands-on collaboration with delivery teams. This role sits within Omega’s Salesforce-focused practice, contributing to customer-centric CX programs at scale.

• Conduct As-Is vs To-Be analyses to identify improvements, gaps, and transformation needs
• Engage stakeholders to assess current processes, workflows, roles, and tools
• Document current processes, pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Design future-state processes aligned with business goals and technology
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate future-state designs and feasibility
• Perform gap analysis across technology, people, processes, and regulatory factors
• Develop actionable implementation plans or roadmaps for transformation
• Create process documentation (diagrams BPMN, SIPOC, flowcharts) and supporting materials
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management




• Facilitate knowledge transfer and translate BA outcomes into technical/operational requirements
• Provide ongoing support during implementation to ensure adoption and progress
• Requirements analysis and functional solution design
• Provide effort estimations for projects
• Collaborate with Omega and client teams to meet project objectives
• Analyze and improve application performance
• Collaborate with technology providers as needed
• Validate solutions against functional requirements and quality standards

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 4 years Salesforce consulting experience
• Proven As-Is / To-Be analysis experience
• Ability to design optimized future-state models aligned with business objectives
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies and transformation opportunities
• Experience documenting workflows and BPMN diagrams with actionable recommendations
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide ongoing support during project execution
• Experience with Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Community) and Agile methodology
