In this role you bridge engineering design, data management, and railway infrastructure execution to ensure consistent signaling project outputs. You contribute to digitalization and process improvement across international projects, collaborating with drafting, BIM, and project teams. The position offers impact on critical signaling systems and track layouts in a global context. You will work in a cross-functional, learning-focused environment that values inclusivity and flexibility.

• Manage engineering inputs, project requirements, technical docs, and change control processes
• Coordinate development and maintenance of track layout diagrams and related documentation
• Ensure alignment between project requirements, design outputs, and on-site activities
• Support drafting, BIM, and project execution teams on multidisciplinary international projects




• Drive digitalization by identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of experience in Rail Signaling with solid system engineering understanding
• Experience in railway infrastructure projects involving surveying, LiDAR, point clouds, ProjectWise, or BIM environments
• Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD / Civil 3D skills
• Strong data management capabilities (advanced Excel)
• Fluency in English and Spanish; willingness to travel internationally
