In this role, you support Technical Account Management for multinational clients within Cushman u0026amp; Wakefield’s PDS practice. You will help deliver operational excellence, ensure consistent delivery, and foster cross-functional collaboration to grow client value. You’ll work with delivery teams to align with client goals, monitor KPIs, and enable continuous improvement across projects. The role offers exposure to governance, digital tools, and multi-market engagement, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and winning TAM opportunities.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, tailoring Cu0026W services to client goals and challenges
• Coordinate with delivery teams to involve the right resources at the right times and generate downstream project opportunities
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client experience and drive business growth
• Address client issues promptly and effectively
• Oversee governance structures and processes across project portfolios with responsive tools and outputs (e.g., governance reviews, digitalized outputs like Ingenious and Engage)
• Onboard and train in-country PDS teams to align with client expectations, financial targets, and project KPIs
• Monitor performance, identify improvements,
and share best practices across the regional platform
• Communicate delivery issues transparently with local project delivery teams while balancing stakeholder interests
• Assist Sales Team in discussions/negotiations/renewals of Master Service Agreements to win TAM appointments as sponsor of the delivery model
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Engineering management
• 0-3 years of experience from a technical field
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• Strong interest in program management and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Result-oriented logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Appreciation of diversity and effectiveness in a multi-cultural, multinational organization
• Experience in engineering/architectural/construction projects is an advantage
• Experience in client/account management and business development is an advantage
• Experience working with variable stakeholders in an international environment is an advantage
• Understanding of real estate project services and international business complexity is an advantage
