Experteer Overview
As a Senior Project Manager on the Playgami team in Barcelona, you drive cross-team delivery of features and platform integrations for our portfolio of games. You partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable, high-quality releases serving millions of players. You influence across teams and with executive partners to align on Playgami objectives and continuously improve production processes. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a collaborative, on-site environment.

• Collaborate with Product u0026 Engineering to define roadmap and prioritization criteria
• Own project planning, timelines, dependencies, and delivery across multiple teams
• Build strong partnerships with game studios and production teams to understand goals and operational needs




• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to manage risks and expectations
• Provide visibility on project tracking and team health with day-to-day progress reporting
• Establish and improve production processes and agile practices to enable high-quality delivery and positive team culture

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience as a project manager or producer
• Proven track record of managing multiple major and concurrent projects
• Excellent communication at all organizational levels
• Strong influencer able to align diverse groups towards common goals
• Adaptable to different team profiles and ways of working
• Ability to work deeply in the weeds while maintaining strategic detachment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Full on-site presence in the Barcelona office (5 days per week)
