Experteer Overview
As FinCrime Analytics Engineer at Satispay, you will lead data strategies to improve risk decisions by making analytics data accessible, well-structured, and aligned with operations. You’ll design and evolve the data mesh, ensuring scalable, governed ownership and high-quality data. You’ll create AI-powered workflows to accelerate analytics and enable self-service for stakeholders while simplifying complex data models for faster querying. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to translate insights into actions that optimize data models and risk outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape a growing financial platform and work on high-impact data initiatives.

• Design Data Architecture: develop the Data Mesh layer with robust data models and federated data ownership.
• Data Integrity and Processing: ensure high-quality data collection and manage large-scale batch processing for dashboards and models.
• Define AI Agentic Workflows:



implement AI-powered data transformation and exploration pipelines for self-service analytics.
• Stakeholder Management u0026 Communication: lead cross-functional initiatives and translate insights into actions.
• Build Feature Store Capabilities: create high-value features and optimize code for large data volumes.
• Challenge and Simplify: refactor complex data models into clear, query-friendly structures for performance and quality.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
• High proficiency in SQL, Python, Big Data, distributed processing, dbt, Airflow, Spark, or similar, with hands-on ETL experience
• Excellent communication and English fluency
