As Head of Sourcing, you will lead the Transfers Sourcing team to deliver performance, commercial results and governance for HBX Group’s travel sourcing portfolio. You’ll own supplier relationships, SLAs, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive value and risk management. This hands‑on leadership role requires clear communication, strategic influence, and an ability to navigate a fast‑moving, multi‑cultural environment. You will directly mentor two executives and play a key part in shaping growth initiatives aligned with our general travel vision.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead the Transfers Sourcing team (≈12 people) with focus on performance, delivery, and staff development
• Maintain audit, governance, and compliance standards across sourcing, including direct oversight of two Sourcing Executive Administrators
• Negotiate competitive rates, terms, and service quality with transport suppliers to drive commercial outcomes
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, operations excellence, and SLA adherence
• Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Supplier Performance, Finance, and other stakeholders
• Proactively communicate with suppliers, resolve issues, and escalate underperformance when needed




• Support hotel payment processes and coordinate with Supplier Performance teams for cross‑department alignment
• Act as a hands‑on leader, participating in operational discussions and representing the department confidently
• Identify growth opportunities in sourcing and champion new initiatives aligned with business strategy

Responsabilidades
• Head‑of‑level leadership with proven results in sourcing or travel procurement
• Experience managing transport or travel suppliers; transfers experience is highly desirable
• Strong governance, audit, and compliance mindset in a sourcing function
• Ability to lead and motivate a geographically dispersed, multicultural team
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management across all levels
• Hands‑on, proactive, and capable in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Strong commercial acumen balancing cost, service, and operational impact
• Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable handling complex supplier portfolios
• Willingness to travel and engage directly with suppliers
