Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the Finance Performance function to deliver accurate internal reporting and a trusted single source of truth for core metrics like GMV and Contribution Margin. You’ll translate fast-evolving business activity into clear definitions and actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions. As product owner of the finance analytics stack, you’ll align tech initiatives with business needs and drive automation and AI initiatives across the team. You’ll manage a small team while collaborating across finance and non-finance to scale responsible, data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in a Finance role
• 3+ years in people management
• Experience owning reporting/insights end-to-end with consistent metric definitions
• Expert financial modeling and consolidation across multiple entities
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles
• Product-management mindset for analytics stack and cross-team coordination
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to derive business recommendations
• Fluency with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), consolidation tools (Anaplan, OneStream) and SQL/Looker/Tableau
• Experience with conversational analytics/AI tools and driving adoption
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proactive, multi-priority mindset in fast-paced environment
