You will lead supplier development and quality improvement across general OEM programs, working with cross‑functional teams to raise supplier performance. Your work will directly impact vehicle electronics, lighting, and vision systems through APQP/PPAP processes and rigorous supplier reviews. This role offers meaningful scope to influence supplier ecosystems and drive continuous improvement in a world‑class automotive environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead development activities for underperforming suppliers through Top Focus process
• Conduct onsite assessment of potential suppliers
• Participate in supplier tech reviews
• Monitor supplier performance and identify underperforming suppliers




• Support in corrective action review for major customer events
• Participate and monitor the supplier APQP process

Responsabilidades
• Degree in a technical discipline (preferred)
• 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
• Ability to develop suppliers to meet global OEM regulations and requirements
• Deep knowledge of electrical and electronic components
• Experience with PCB/PCBA, electric motors, cable harnesses
• Experience in supplier evaluation and development, continuous quality improvement, and open issues management
• Solid understanding of APQP/PPAP requirements: Process Control Plan, SPC, GDu0026T, DFMEA, PFMEA
• Certified Auditor to VDA 6.3
