Experteer Overview
In this role you empower MSPs to build, run, and scale Splunk-based managed services. You will lead onboarding, architecture validation, and operational design to enable smooth deployments. You will co-develop observability-focused offerings by combining Splunk ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics, driving partner-led growth. You’ll foster a regional technical community and deliver targeted enablement to raise engineering maturity and certification levels. This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership and partner enablement, with a clear impact on regional success.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead MSP onboarding, including architecture validation, infrastructure readiness, and operational model design
• Review and optimize on-premises and cloud Splunk architectures for performance
• Develop observability-focused MSP offerings combining Splunk ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics




• Guide cost-optimized architecture choices to enable packaging and automation of MSP services
• Oversee architectural and operational assessments with Splunk Professional Services
• Build and sustain a regional technical community through roundtables and knowledge-sharing
• Deliver targeted technical enablement to address MSP capability gaps and uplift certifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Splunk and Cisco architectures and go-to-market motions

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years with MSPs in technical roles (pre-sales, solution architecture, enablement, or delivery)
• Experience deploying Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise
• Experience implementing Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
• Experience MSP operations, including onboarding and architecture validation
