Experteer Overview
In this role you ensure workshop infrastructure is safe, reliable, and efficiently stocked, spanning facilities management and logistics. You support engineering activity through solid inventory control, smooth materials flow, and on-site handling, including forklift operations. You collaborate with engineering teams, other Tesla groups, and vendors in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is valued. You’ll drive facility upkeep, supplier coordination, and on-site asset management to sustain operations and safety at the workshop.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage warehouse inventory including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, cycle counts, and accurate stock records
• Coordinate inbound and outbound materials to support workshop and engineering activity
• Operate a forklift truck and other handling equipment following site safety rules
• Maintain tidy, labelled, and HS-compliant storage areas
• Handle daily facility requests and distribute them to regional vendors
• Promptly resolve repair, maintenance,



and upgrade issues for the facility
• Communicate facility initiatives and projects to stakeholders
• Manage on-site assets and vendor relations to ensure timely, effective solutions
• Oversee full procurement process from PO creation to invoice approval
• Respond to emergencies with prompt and effective solutions

Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience in warehouse inventory management
• Exposure to facilities management
• Valid forklift truck licence / certification, or willingness to obtain one
• Passion for Tesla's mission and drive to make a difference
• High energy, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative attitude with cross-departmental and external vendors
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred) with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
