Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape market access and pricing strategies for pharmaceutical products, helping clients commercialize therapies. You will craft payer-focused communications and align evidence generation with pricing, reimbursement, and access plans, ensuring products are strategically positioned. You’ll lead and mentor teams on value dossiers and HTA materials, acting as the primary client contact to deliver high-quality, timely insights. This is a patient-focused, cross-functional advisor role at Parexel Access Consulting with a strong emphasis on impact and collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead development of pricing and market access materials (global value dossiers, HTAs, payer-focused value stories)
• Mentor and guide team to produce high-quality outputs
• Serve as main Parexel client contact, providing strategic insights




• Craft project scopes/plans/deliverables and secure stakeholder alignment
• Acquire knowledge across disease areas to position products strategically
• Advise on value messaging and market dynamics for clients

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 6 years in pricing and market access, preferably in consulting
• At least 3 years of project management in pricing, HTA, and literature review
• Experience managing large written communications projects (global value dossiers)
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and dynamics
• Proven ability to deliver client-ready deliverables on time
