Experteer Overview
As Process Manager, you will optimize IT processes for modern Cloud IT Operations, bridging ITIL and Agile practices. You’ll implement tailored processes to speed up Agile workflows and support the hyper-scale public cloud. You’ll design internal tools, automate common tasks, and maintain visibility over process landscapes. You’ll work in a collaborative, open environment contributing to a secure, stable and innovative cloud platform.
