Experteer Overview
As a Senior Healthcare Compliance professional, you will strengthen Ferrer’s global compliance posture within the Healthcare Compliance Center of Expertise. You will provide risk-based guidance on promotional activities, scientific events, and interactions with healthcare stakeholders while ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards. You will oversee Spain-specific compliance and coordinate with regional teams to harmonize standards and remediation efforts. This role offers influence across cross-functional teams, with a focus on transparency, governance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide risk-based, specialised guidance on pharmaceutical activities (promotion, events, advisory boards) and interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations
• Anticipate, mitigate and approve activities through formal corporate workflows within defined authority
• Serve as Local Compliance Officer for Spain, overseeing healthcare compliance across Ferrer Spain and leading transparency and disclosure processes




• Coordinate with local Eu0026C/Compliance Officers to align global standards with local implementation and escalate significant issues through governance channels
• Support the healthcare compliance framework, deliver targeted training, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Corporate Compliance

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in Law, Life Sciences, Business Administration or another relevant discipline
• Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications in Compliance are highly valued
• 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including stakeholder interactions and cross-country coordination
• Strong knowledge of Spanish pharmaceutical regulations and the Farmaindustria Code, with experience advising commercial/medical functions and compliance committees
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance and to engage senior stakeholders in a risk-based manner
• Fluent in Spanish and English
