Experteer Overview
In this role you drive SAP SuccessFactors implementations for clients, guiding best-practice design and configuration within a growing HR tech landscape. You will partner with cross‑functional teams and international colleagues to deliver robust, future‑proof solutions. You’ll lead workshops, train key users, and ensure knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams. The opportunity combines hands-on product work with shaping how customers leverage HR tech to support their people journey.

• Lead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionality

• Collaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx's Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation

Responsabilidades
• Fluency in Dutch and high level English
• SuccessFactors Associate Certification in at least one module (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management, Onboarding, Performance u0026 Goals, Compensation, or Learning)
• Solid understanding of HR processes
• Strong communication skills for senior client stakeholders
• Proactive and eager to stay up-to-date with SAP technologies
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to take initiative
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with continuous improvement emphasis
