Build governance, risk management, and security controls to protect AI/ML models and data at general scale. Collaborate with data science teams, innovation hubs, and Group Security to embed secure AI across the lifecycle. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Govern AI security strategy and policies aligned with responsible AI and regulations (e.g., EU AI Act)
• Lead AI risk assessments and asset inventory focusing on data poisoning, model evasion, adversarial attacks, and prompt injection
• Define security standards and architecture for the AI/ML lifecycle from data acquisition to deployment
• Oversee AI monitoring to detect drift, anomalies,



and security incidents; define AI-specific SOC precursors
• Define and test incident response playbooks for AI-specific events (e.g., compromised model, data leak in Generative AI services)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed secure AI practices across AXA's entities
• Establish governance and enablement of secure AI development and data usage in line with Group strategy

Responsabilidades
• More than 10 years of Information Security experience with leadership in data science, AI/ML, or security thereof
• Good understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle
• Knowledge of common AI frameworks
• Familiarity with AI-specific security threats and controls
• Knowledge of data privacy and emerging AI regulations
