Experteer Overview
You drive the SAP business growth in Spain by developing and closing complex SAP opportunities. You’ll shape the SAP go-to-market, collaborate with SAP Spain and internal stakeholders, and lead end-to-end sales cycles. The role emphasizes cross-functional orchestration, strategic opportunity development, and building a robust partner ecosystem. This is a chance to influence SAP-related transformations across large enterprises and contribute to Atos’ leadership in end-to-end digital services.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and manage a qualified SAP pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with SAP Spain sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities while expanding cross-sell within the SAP base and Atos portfolio.
• Create territory and opportunity plans aligned with Spanish sales priorities.
• Lead the complete SAP sales cycle from discovery to contract closure.
• Coordinate with Commercial Management, Finance, Legal, Delivery,



and others during negotiations.
• Assemble the right mix of SAP consultants, architecture, delivery leaders, and partners for pursuits.
• Collaborate with SAP and partners to generate joint opportunities and co-selling routes.

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in enterprise technology sales in the Spanish market.
• Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder SAP opportunities.
• Experience selling SAP transformations, cloud, or managed services.
• Proven ability to develop business with new and existing customers.
• Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across business, IT, procurement, finance, legal, and executive levels.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
