Join Fever’s international in-house legal team as Legal Counsel for Portugal to enable regional growth across Iberia. You will deliver pragmatic, business-oriented legal support across commercial, governance, regulatory, and compliance matters. Your work will span cross-functional collaboration with Product, Business Development, Tax, Finance, and Operations in a fast-growing tech company. This hybrid Lisbon-based role offers real impact in shaping Fever’s expansion and long-term success. You’ll contribute to scalable legal operations and knowledge management while supporting a diverse, high-performing team.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Draft and revise commercial contracts, terms, and RFP documents in Portuguese and English
• Support deal negotiations with commercial teams
• Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters
• Contribute to knowledge management,



templates, guides, and processes within Legal
• Participate in ongoing compliance functions and provide product advice as needed
• Upskill and mentor other team members

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with high emotional intelligence
• Experience working on international projects or with global teams
• Team player, adaptable, eager to learn
• Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon (hybrid)
