In this role, you design and drive large-scale transformation programs for clients, bridging strategy and execution. You work within Orphoz, collaborating with a integral team to implement operational improvements, digital transformations, and culture shifts. You’ll lead workstreams, coach clients, and advance change initiatives, while growing your leadership capabilities in a fast-paced consulting setting. Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of experience in project management or operational roles with a focus on implementation or execution
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive change across many stakeholders
• Motivation for versátil, agile consulting environment
• Excellent English (C1+) and local office proficiency
• Experience in holistic process redesign, lean and operations transformation; Mu0026A carve-outs in transformation; AI implementations or AI-enabled tools is highly desirable
