Experteer Overview
As a Data Scientist (Privacy) you will assess patient re-identification risk on large health datasets, contributing to privacy safeguards in data sharing. You’ll work within the Privacy Science team to advance both practical analyses and exploratory research, shaping robust, data-driven conclusions. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and produce clear, high-quality reports. The role combines hands-on data analysis with research to keep Datavant at the forefront of privacy in healthcare data.

Responsabilidades
• MSc or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or similar
• Proficient in Python and eager to deepen expertise




• Solid understanding of probability, distributions, bias, error, power, sampling and resampling
• Experience applying scientific methods to practical problems (experimental design, EDA, hypothesis testing)
• Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and meticulous report presentation
• Initiative to explore new topics and expand privacy knowledge
• Awareness of data privacy, security, and related legislation
• Familiarity with AWS cloud storage and compute
