Experteer Overview
As a Supply Planner at Signify, you will balance market demand with external supplier supply to ensure availability while introducing new products and phasing out old ones. You will collaborate with Tier 1 suppliers, maintain master production schedules, and optimize stock levels through SAP parameters and MRP oversight. The role focuses on delivering reliable supply, driving continuous improvement, and supporting sustainability goals within a general team. • Balance demand and supply across markets with external suppliers considering new product introductions and phase-outs
• Manage key components for Tier 1 suppliers and collaborate with them for commitment
• Create, control and maintain Master Production Schedule with suppliers
• Execute weekly PDCA cycle on finished goods supplier lead times and responsiveness
• Set and maintain supply planning parameters in SAP and monitor delivery performance
• Manage MRP as relevant




• Check 12-month rolling intake plan weekly to ensure accurate demand signals to manufacturing suppliers
• Review supply plan with suppliers for component shortages and capacity constraints
• Manage product phase in/out with minimal impact on availability
• Maintain integral inventory levels for assigned product groups to meet availability targets
• Oversee liabilities at key suppliers
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean principles to enhance Ou0026D performance

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in a similar supply planning role
• Operational environment experience
• Strong analytical skills (Power BI, Excel, Power Query)
• Programming skills for dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics, Power Query)
• Understanding of Lean principles and practices
• AI skills
• Fluent English
• Experience with SAP S/4Hana is advantageous
• SAP knowledge - S/4Hana is an advantage
