Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead onboarding of end-users for the OFS platform across EMEA, ensuring accounting controls are implemented and certified. You will work within the TRUST team to support rollout programs for accounting controls and standardize tools and processes. The position involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to deploy control tools and deliver training for non-finance audiences. You will help shape scalable control implementations that align with BNPP’s mission of responsible, efficient financial operations. This is an opportunity to influence how onboarding and controls are executed at scale across divisions.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define the OFS structure (SDB) for each entity after COM/TOM analysis
• Set up and maintain OFS jurisdiction and tool access consistency
• Coordinate with FIP,



Migration and Orchestra teams to deploy accounting-control tools
• Design and deliver OFS trainings, mainly for non-Finance audiences
• Support FIP teams on evolutions or new interfaces related to OFS setup and jurisdiction

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• 3-5 years experience
• English C1, French is a plus
