Experteer Overview
As a Senior Site Process Engineer, you will drive continuous improvement and data-driven decisions within the EU Process Engineering team. You’ll work in a defined-ambiguity environment to design short-term, scalable solutions while aligning with EU-wide initiatives. The role focuses on stabilizing and standardizing processes, scaling local improvements, and coordinating multi-site rollouts. You’ll partner with site leadership to deliver measurable impact and contribute to a high-performance, cross-functional culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead process improvement initiatives by benchmarking site performance against network standards
• Perform data analysis and present actionable findings in daily and weekly reviews
• Drive weekly performance reviews with site leadership to track actionable items and targets
• Participate in daily Gemba walks to identify waste and collaborate with operations to eliminate it
• Scale local initiatives and implement network best practices across the EU




• Own deployment of EU network initiatives at site and support pilots to ensure timely rollout
• Build strong relationships with Site Leader and Senior Management Team and communicate with customers/partners/stakeholders
• Support site management during peak periods (e.g., Q4) based on needs

Responsabilidades
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting
• Experience managing multiple ongoing projects in a PM/consulting context
• Data analysis experience using MS Excel and other Office tools
• Experience communicating with a broad range of stakeholders, including leadership
• People management experience (managing Operations Managers or similar)
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects with measurable results or delivering results for large cross-functional initiatives
