Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive end-to-end project delivery and financial stewardship for DS initiatives. You will act as the primary touchpoint for customers and cross-functional teams, coordinating prerequisites, schedules, and installations while pursuing continuous improvement. You will also forecast DS finances, generate reports, and ensure accurate billing and data-driven insight. This position blends project execution with financial analysis to support timely, transparent deliverables for customers and internal stakeholders.

• Serve as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) with customers and cross-functional teams
• Manage overall project planning and ensure readiness on all prerequisites
• Coordinate Master Schedules with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Develop work files for creating Service Requests (SR)



and/or requests to Suppliers
• Track services/material delivery and arrival at logistics platforms, PUDOs or customer sites and confirm delivery
• Track installations, manage escalations and monitor installation reports, ensuring timely closure in Oracle framework and continuous improvement
• Prepare Customer Billing Reports, validate with customers and submit for billing
• Prepare reporting for customer purposes, internal use or third parties
• Forecast DS finances and create financial models
• Monitoring all financial-related transactions
• Compile financial data, create reports and analyze data
