As Project Manager for IDOM's Security and Emergencies line, you will lead and draft projects spanning physical security and cybersecurity for public safety and critical infrastructure. You work within a multidisciplinary, international team to deliver value to clients and drive project success. You’ll manage large-scale initiatives, participate in client meetings, and shape project strategy while growing with a supportive, growth-focused culture. This role offers partnership potential and a chance to influence security projects on a global stage.

• Lead and manage projects in physical security, cybersecurity and emergency management
• Draft project scopes, plans and value propositions for clients
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders in national and international contexts
• Participate in internal and client meetings and steer project execution

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years’ experience on security and emergencies projects (physical security, cyber security, critical communications, emergency management, contingency plans)
• Ability to develop value propositions for clients
• Strong client relationship skills at international level
• Team player in a multicultural environment
• High level of English (C1)
• Independent and innovative mindset
• Knowledge of national and international market; certifications in physical security and/or cybersecurity are a plus
