Think Ahead Education

Alcobendas

Why this is a selling story The demand is there. Every week, families contact us about IGCSE, A-Level and IB support, schools look for partners in exam preparation and university admissions, and companies look for our expertise in international programmes for their expat employees. Too many of those leads go cold because nobody follows up well enough. This role exists to change that.

We need a consultative closer: someone who picks up the phone, understands what each family or institution really needs, recommends the right solution and follows through until there is a yes or a clear no.

Our mission: our students.

Think Ahead Education is an educational ecosystem serving students and their families, as well as schools and companies, with one shared standard of excellence. Since 2016, we have helped thousands of students reach their full academic potential. Everything we do is guided by three values: excellence, personalisation and innovation.

Why selling here is different:

- A product that sells. Our results in IGCSE, A-Level and IB are proven. You will not have to invent arguments: you will have them.

- A constant flow of leads. Web enquiries, direct calls, digital campaigns and referrals. Your job is to turn every one of them into a real opportunity.

- More than one product to close. Weekly classes, intensive courses, Online tuition, University Guidance and B2B services for schools and companies. More services means more opportunities per lead.

- Pay that follows performance. Part of your salary depends directly on what you close.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you turn interest into enrolments and opportunities into deals. This is consultative selling: you listen, diagnose what each student needs, recommend the right service and close. Your pipeline is yours from the first call to the signature, and your results are visible, measurable and rewarded.

Expect a high-activity role: calls, WhatsApps, emails, meetings at the centre and follow-ups, every day. The families who say "let me think about it" are where the real work starts. Staying in touch, handling objections and bringing them back to the table is a big part of the job. The role is based at our Alcobendas centre, with regular visits to our other centres, and works closely with marketing: direct feedback on lead quality helps the leads keep getting better.

We are a Claude first company,

and AI is part of the toolkit here, to prepare calls, follow up faster and keep the pipeline moving.

The CRM is where all of this comes together. You will keep it up to date so that no enquiry is lost, every follow-up happens on time and we can see clearly what turns a lead into an enrolment.

What You'll Drive

Sales and enrolments

- Manage the full sales process for all our services, from weekly classes to intensive courses: first contact, advice, follow-up and close.

- Turn leads into enrolments, meeting and beating your sales targets.

- Spot opportunities to cross-sell our other services, such as Online tuition and University Guidance, when they are the right fit for the student.

- Collaborate on our B2B work with schools (exam preparation and university admissions) and with companies (support on international programmes for their expat employees). This includes taking part in partnership conversations, helping prepare proposals and supporting the onboarding of new partners.

Lead conversion

- Respond quickly to every new enquiry and follow up consistently until each lead becomes an enrolment.

- Handle the calls from families who phone us directly, and turn that first conversation into a meeting or an enrollment.

- Keep in touch with undecided families and reactivate cold leads in the CRM, bringing them back to the table.

- Meet families in person at our centres to understand their needs, present our programmes and close.

- Take part in open days and information sessions, turning interest into enrolments.

CRM and pipeline

- Log every enquiry, conversation and next step in the CRM, keeping the pipeline accurate and up to date.

- Share with management and marketing what families are asking for, what is working and where leads are getting lost.

Projects of the school year

- Support the delivery of the key commercial and academic projects of the school year, in coordination with management and the different teams.

- Manage the communication linked to those projects:

sending messages to families, tracking replies and coordinating with internal teams.

Who You Are

- A consultative salesperson. You have proven experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally in education or another setting where customers take time to make a high-value decision. You know how to listen, identify the real need behind each enquiry and turn that conversation into an enrolment.

- Driven by numbers. You know your figures, you track your conversion and you want to beat your targets every month.

- Skilled at handling objections. You address concerns about price, timing or fit with clear, well-founded arguments, and you help families reach a confident decision.

- Credible with families, schools and companies. Demanding parents, school leaders and HR teams trust you because you are clear, direct and professional.

- Disciplined. You organise your day around activity, keep the CRM clean and never let a lead slip.

- Fluent in Spanish and English. On the phone, in person and in writing.

- Curious about AI. You already use tools like Claude, or you are keen to learn, to work better.

Essential

- Legal right to work in Spain and an up-to-date criminal record check.

- Driving licence and availability to travel between our centres in the Comunidad de Madrid.

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (or a similar CRM), including managing leads, tracking the sales pipeline and keeping records up to date.

A plus

- Knowledge of the British system and the International Baccalaureate (IB).

What We Offer

- Pay linked to your results. A fixed salary of €26,000 – €34,000 gross per year, depending on experience, plus up to €6,000 in variable pay tied to your targets.

- Stability. A permanent, full-time contract with immediate start.

- Flexibility. Hybrid working, combining remote and on-site hours, with three on-site afternoons a week finishing at 19:30.

- Room to grow. A growing company with real opportunities to develop your career.

- Time to recharge. 24 days of holiday per year.

Your next close starts here

We are not looking for someone to answer enquiries. We are looking for someone who turns them into enrolments, week after week. If you are driven by targets, never let a lead go cold and thrive on the close, this seat is yours to take. Apply now and show us what you've got.
