Experteer Overview
In this role, you manage on-site coordination for data center projects, ensuring smooth organization, reporting, and collaboration with contractors. You will work with the project lead and back office to plan staffing, authorize site works, and attend meetings to drive quality and safety. Your efforts support customer expectations and RRPS processes while upholding HSE standards and on-time project delivery. This is a hands-on position for a safety‑minded professional who communicates effectively with customers and teams across Europe.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Organize site operations, including office, storage, and equipment on site
• Control and release of work reports to stakeholders
• Plan and forecast site staff with project lead and back office
• Coordinate and approve on-site works with contractors
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with customers and teams




• Supervise HSE requirements and ensure compliance
• Document activities in customer and RRPS systems
• Collaborate with Snag Manager and RRPS quality department on quality topics
• On-site communication with customers and external companies
• Ensure overall site organization and on-site safety compliance

Responsabilidades
• Genset technical knowledge
• Experience with data center projects
• Project management skills
• Bachelor degree or higher
• Valid SCC / VCA certificate
• Good communication and teamwork
• Fluency in English (C1 minimum)
• Willingness to travel within Europe
• On-site communication with customers and other companies
• Site organization and coordination responsibilities
