Experteer Overview
In this hybrid Barcelona-based role, you build and nurture relationships with long-tail hosts to drive their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb. You will advise on pricing, availability, and listing quality while supporting educational initiatives and scaleable programs. You collaborate with Market Managers to educate hosts and channel feedback to internal teams, aiming to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction. This position offers the chance to impact host success at scale within a mission-driven, community-focused platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage a book of business of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts to ensure retention and growth on Airbnb
• Conduct one-on-one onboarding and optimization conversations with strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality
• Secure availability during high-demand periods to maximize revenue
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, and relay feedback to internal teams
• Respond to host inquiries with high-quality, timely support to improve their experience




• Analyze performance data to identify trends and action opportunities for increased bookings
• Build long-lasting relationships with hosts to provide ongoing, tailored support
• Support Market Managers in delivering their education programs (webinars, scaled emails)

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in new sales, account management, or partner support
• 2+ years in hospitality/travel industry (nice to have)
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple accounts
• Proven experience in managing a book of business and driving engagement
• Goal-driven with bias for action and persistence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Proficiency with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory); Portuguese is nice to have
