In this senior role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of local and international health and benefits clients within WTW Hu0026amp;B Corporate Unit. You will deliver high-quality client service, design market-ready proposals, and leverage your knowledge of health, life, and disability insurance products. You will collaborate across teams to meet client needs and drive new business development. This position offers exposure to general appointments and a fast-paced, client-focused environment where your expertise shapes outcomes for major accounts.

• Manage and develop local and international client portfolios with retention and new business goals
• Deliver high levels of client service aligned with SOPs
• Assist with program design and market proposals based on client needs and market knowledge
• Apply technical knowledge of health, life and disability, accident and BTA insurance products
• Review policies, calculations, market presentations and client documentation as needed
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Law
• Knowledge of health and life insurance market
• At least 10 years of experience in broker or insurance company
• Strong client relationship skills; ability to grow relationships quickly
• Ability to work in a large team and in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently and across multiple teams
• Extremely organized with strong time management
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in managing Global Appointments appreciated
