Experteer Overview
You will build and lead a new BI capability for Global Revenue Operations, defining strategy, governance, and data foundations to deliver trusted insights. You’ll lead a BI team to transform commercial, financial, and operational data into scalable reporting and actionable recommendations. This high-impact role partners with senior leaders to enable data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, global environment. You will shape executive dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics to drive revenue performance and strategic planning.

• Define and execute BI strategy and roadmap for Global Revenue Operations
• Build and govern the BI operating model, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement
• Lead and develop a high-performing BI/analytics team
• Deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical products for revenue visibility
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Identify performance trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes across revenue lifecycle
• Establish consistent KPIs, definitions, and reporting standards across regions
• Own end-to-end BI delivery,



adoption, and continuous improvement
• Enable self-service analytics with trusted data, tools, training, and documentation
• Oversee data models, semantic layers, ETL/ELT, and integration across sources
• Strengthen data governance, quality, controls, security, lineage, and auditability
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, FPu0026A, Accounting, IT, and Data Engineering
• Serve as trusted adviser to senior leaders and represent BI in strategic planning and reviews

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in BI, analytics, data strategy, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
• Proven experience leading and developing BI/data/analytics teams
• Track record of building or transforming BI capabilities in complex general organizations
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL/ELT, governance, and metric definitions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with executive presence
• Experience with data platforms and governance frameworks
