Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, implement, and optimize operational processes across Secret Media Network to boost efficiency and scalability. You will partner with diverse teams to standardize ways of working and ensure successful execution across regions. You will lead automation initiatives using AI and internal systems to speed up delivery and decision-making. This is a hands-on role that bridges strategy and day-to-day operations, shaping how the network scales and performs.

• Design, implement and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN
• Identify bottlenecks and translate improvements into scalable processes
• Standardize ways of working for consistency across regions (NA, Europe, APAC, Latam)
• Identify automation opportunities using AI tools and internal systems
• Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to deploy scalable solutions
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and speed
• Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and proper implementation of processes
• Document and maintain clear operational playbooks
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align ops with business needs
• Bridge strategy and execution by aligning business needs with tools and processes




• Define and track KPIs related to efficiency (post production time, output, quality) and use data to drive improvements

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management in large-scale, fast-paced environments
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation
• Comfort with data and KPI definition
• Hands-on mindset with ability to move from strategy to execution quickly
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging them for operational efficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
