In this role you lead operational excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring client SLAs are met while empowering teams through effective people management. You bring Saviynt IAM and Java development expertise to drive innovation and improve organizational performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reporting and information flow. This position offers a chance to shape identity governance solutions and contribute to a high-impact, client-facing delivery culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Enhance operational systems using Saviynt and Java to improve reporting and streamline processes
• Ensure support team consistently meets client expectations using Saviynt for access governance
• Lead and mentor project teams with transparent communication and collaborative environment using Java for development and support




• Drive innovation by implementing new process ideas with Saviynt automation and optimization
• Provide tailored Java/Saviynt solutions to meet customer needs and achieve business results

Responsabilidades
• Total 8+ years of Saviynt development/implementation experience
• At least 2 years of Level 3 Saviynt IGA support
• Proficiency in JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, scripting languages, and XML
• Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in Saviynt
• Excellent Java debugging skills and LDAP concepts experience
• Experience with Saviynt workflows, forms, and components
• Experience with application/web servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere) or J2EE product development
• Excellent communication and ability to work with global counterparts
• Customer-facing exposure must have
