Experteer Overview
In this role you drive market development for Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) within Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke populations. You will collaborate with clinicians, KOLs, and cross-functional teams to expand adoption, optimize patient pathways, and build centers of excellence. You’ll represent Medtronic at regional and international meetings, shaping access and value communications. This is a chance to impact patient outcomes while working in a integral healthcare technology leader.

• Drive market development of ICMs in existing and new clinics to broaden product adoption
• Optimize patient pathways and support centers of excellence in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders across the patient pathway
• Partner with local sales, education, and regional training to raise awareness of clinical and economic value
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other units to develop materials and implement programs




• Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan with defined strategies and KPIs
• Capture and report clinical, market, and competitive insights to Strategic Marketing and represent the business at meetings/congresses

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales role within MedTech/pharma or nursing in cardiology/neurology/ICU/EMS with intent to move to field-based commercial role
• Clinical environment experience or medical technology sales experience
• Solid understanding of anatomy and medical technologies
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license
• Service-oriented mindset, ability to work independently and in teams, strong motivation, good IT skills, willingness to travel, experience in large corporate environments
