Experteer Overview
As Area Sales Manager for Spain, you will drive growth in the Spanish market for sustainable CO2 refrigeration and heating systems. You will be the primary customer face, building partnerships with end-users, consultants, and contractors while collaborating with internal teams to meet ambitious growth targets. You will translate technical advantages into customer value and expand the sales pipeline through value-based selling. This role places you in an international, performance-driven environment focused on delivering climate-friendly retail and industrial cooling solutions. Responsabilidades
• Relevant professional background in refrigeration, HVAC, or related technical field
• Proven B2B sales experience, 2+ years in refrigeration/HVAC
• Technical refrigeration knowledge; experience with natural refrigerants (CO2) advantageous
• Market knowledge in Retail or Industrial sectors preferred but not required
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate technical features into customer value
• Independent, structured work approach with high personal drive and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• English proficiency for corporate communication
